By now you would think that everyone has a website. Well, as it turns out they don’t. Many of the business around where you live don’t have a website, or if they do, it isn’t doing anything to help them achieve their goals. Many of them might have what amounts to a splash page with directions to their business, their phone number, and maybe their business hours. That’s all well and good, but there’s much more that they can be doing with their websites.
The thing is, if you’ve paid attention at all to what you’ve read on many internet marketing forums like The Warrior Forum, you already have the skills you need to put together the website they need. These local businesses are desperate to bring in new business, so if you put together something of quality for them, then you can pretty much name your price. Sweet huh?!

If you want the most simple way to earn extra money online, then you should look no further than “article marketing” or what is often called “bum marketing.” The method is simple:
- Write a 300-500 word article on a subject or problem.
- At the end of the article recommend a product related to the subject, or that solves the problem that you wrote about.
- Send the reader to the product sales page via your affiliate link.
- Earn extra money!!

Create Your Own Product. Earn Extra Money.

Many people, including myself, earn extra money by being an affiliate marketer. That means, they promote in some way a certain product, and if someone buys it through their special link then they get a percentage of the selling price of the product. It’s not a bad deal. You don’t have to worry with customer service, and you can kind of walk away at anytime. However, it does have its disadvantages.
First, you have to constantly be finding new customers. Once a person leaves your site, you have no way of offering them the product you’re promoting again. You have to constantly get new people to your site.
Second, you are at the mercy of the product owner. If they change their offer, remove their product, or change their commission structure, there is nothing you can do about it.
One way to get around the problems of being an affiliate marketer is to create your own products to sale. Of course, you don’t actually have to create them yourself, you could:
- hire a ghostwriter or programmer from a freelance site
- purchase master resale rights to a product and sale it as your own
- convert private label rights material into a stand a lone product
By selling your own product you can keep all the money, and you can promote backend offers to your customer list. You know they’re interested in buying, because they’ve already done so!
Creating, or having someone else create, your product can seem like a pretty daunting task. There are many people who have gone before you on this endeavor, so don’t feel like you have to go at it alone.

I don’t make a living online, so I’m always looking for simple ways to earn extra money. I can’t spend all day everyday writing, building websites, tracking stats, etc. There is the option to outsource all of those things, but I’m not to the point yet where I can make that kind of investment. Soon though….
In the meantime I find ways that I do have the time for on the Simple Cash Blog. This site is managed by the Rhodes Brothers. These guys are great. No matter what you choose to do to earn extra money, the reality is that it is most likely going to require you to know how to write. So, if you are an especially talented writer, it might be that you are able to earn the extra money you need, by writing for others who already have businesses of their own. You can keep yourself busy writing for marketers, product creators, advertisers, bloggers, etc. For people who love to write, it can be a dream come true. I have described some opportunities available to writers below.
Write Articles
Many people making money online do so by promoting their products through article marketing. They are in constant need of unique, quality content. If you can write a 300-400 word article, on a wide range of subjects, you can keep yourself busy, and can charge upwards of $10/article. One of the best places to make money writing articles is by running a Warrior Special Offer (WSO) on the Warrior Forum. That means that you make a post, saying you will write articles for whatever price you want. If you’re new to article writing, and want to churn them out fast, there is no better help than this report. Running a WSO isn’t rocket science, but you can find some helpful hints here.
Technical Writing
If you are good at explaining complicated subjects, there are a wide range of opportunities available to you. PLR Publishing
Similar to writing articles, this method gives you the opportunity to multiply your profits quickly. Private Label Rights (PLR) means that the person who uses the material you write and can claim authorship, and edit it however they see fit. This means you can write one article and sell it to several people! You can sell your PLR on the Warrior Forum. This guy has a nice income stream selling PLR.
Freelance Writing
I guess all of these previous methods are basically freelance writing. However, if you know how to market yourself, you’ll have people and companies, coming to you to do their writing. Again, Bob Bly has a guide for getting into this huge, and incredibly lucrative market.

I don’t know about you, but I do a lot of shopping online. If I can order it from Amazon, and have it shipped to my house in two days (Amazon Prime :-p) then I’m going to do it. I hate going out to Wal-Mart, Best Buy or wherever and fighting for a parking space, dealing with sales people and then checking out. If it can be
bought online, I buy it.
Right before I buy most things of any significance, I do research online trying to find the best product in whatever category I’m looking for. If it’s a TV, I search for reviews on big screen televisions. If a site has the reviews I’m looking for, and if it makes it pretty clear which one is the best, then I’m gonna buy.
I’ll bet you do the same thing, and if you look at the search engine data, millions of other people do the exact same thing. Offering reviews of products is a great way to capture people’s attention right before they buy, and if they read your review, and click on your link, right before they buy, then you get paid!
This isn’t really anything new, so there’s tons of competition out there. There are thousands of websites doing this very thing. So if you wanted to do this, how can you get your site noticed?

We all have opinions, but only a few of us are paid for them. One way to attract buyer’s attention to your blog or your website is by writing reviews. The reason this attracts attention is because people who are searching to buy are looking for reviews to read right before they buy. The review you provide could give them the information they need to make their decision. That’s the kind of traffic you want, people who are looking to buy soon. Cris Rempel, of Confessions of a Lazy Super-Affiliate fame, has put together a great report on this method. It works. I have a couple of sites that are bringing in a nice little income, and I haven’t touched them in weeks. Nice.
